GOL, LLC ("Generals of Logistics"), an Indiana-based company, facilitates member contributions and provides detailed reports via gol-llc.com. This Refund Policy applies to contributions made through Stripe Payment Links accessed from our Site.

 

**2. Refund Eligibility**

We strive to deliver reliable services. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if: - A contribution is processed in error due to a technical issue on our end (e.g., incorrect link provided). - We fail to deliver promised reports within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 30 days) after payment settles.

 

**3. Non-Refundable Contributions**

Refunds will not be provided for: - Contributions successfully processed by Stripe and received by GOL, LLC, unless eligibility criteria are met. - Member errors (e.g., entering the wrong amount or bank details). - Changes of mind after payment is initiated. - Disputes arising from Stripe’s processing (e.g., delays, bank issues)—these must be addressed with Stripe.

**4. Refund Process**

To request a refund, email Admin@GOL-LLC.com within 14 days of the contribution date, including:

- Your name and group affiliation.

- Transaction ID (from Stripe receipt).

- Reason for the request.

- We’ll review requests within 5 business days and, if approved, process refunds via Stripe to your original account.

- ACH refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear due to bank processing.

**5. Third-Party Payments**

Contributions are processed by Stripe, a third-party provider. Refunds are subject to Stripe’s terms (stripe.com/legal) and may incur fees (e.g., $15 for disputes). GOL, LLC is not responsible for Stripe’s processing delays.
