**1. Introduction**

Welcome to GOL, LLC ("Generals of Logistics"), an Indiana limited liability company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gol-llc.com ("Site") and our services, including collecting member contributions and providing detailed reports ("Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

**2. Acceptance of Terms**

Using the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site or Services.

 

**3. Description of Services**

GOL, LLC facilitates member contributions via Stripe Payment Links and provides detailed reports based on payment data. Contributions are processed solely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not handle payments directly on the Site.

 

**4. Payment Terms**

- Contributions are made via Stripe using ACH Direct Debit (0.8% fee, capped at $5 per transaction).

- Processing may take 4-5 business days.

- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate bank details. Payment disputes may be resolved with by contacting Admin@GOL-LLC.com.

- GOL, LLC is not liable for payment failures or delays caused by Stripe or user error.

 

**5. User Obligations**

- Provide accurate information when using the Site or Services.

- Comply with Stripe’s terms (stripe.com/legal).

- Do not misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, spamming, or unauthorized copying).

 

**6. Intellectual Property**

The Site and its content (e.g., text, logos) are owned by GOL, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

 

**7. Limitation of Liability**

- GOL, LLC is not responsible for: (a) errors or interruptions in Stripe’s payment processing; (b) data breaches beyond our control; (c) inaccuracies in reports based on user-provided data.

- Services are provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services, if any.

 

**8. Termination**

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason (e.g., violation of these Terms).

 

**9. Governing Law and Disputes**

These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes will be resolved in Indiana courts [or via arbitration in Indianapolis, if you prefer]. You agree to this jurisdiction.
